Shipping Policy
The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy at Go Lab PTY LTD.
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after payment is authorised and verified. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time for In Stock Items
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all in stock orders are processed within 2 business days. We will email shipment details including tracking information upon dispatch.
3. Shipment Processing Time for Out of Stock Items
If your order includes any out of stock items, you will be notified via email. After your payment is authorised and verified, all out of stock items will be ordered from the manufacturer within 2 business days if not already on its way. We will contact you with local delivery time estimates and if, for some reason, there are any delays. We will email shipment details including tracking information upon local dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse.
4. Shipment Rates
Shipping and handling charges for your order will be displayed on your invoice.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates commence from the date of shipment. Orders under 20kg are usually delivered within 2-5 business days using Australia Post. Large orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days using StarTrack Road Express. Express shipping using Australia Post or your preferred courier is available upon request and shipping rates will be recalculated accordingly.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. You will receive an email with shipment details including tracking information upon dispatch.
6. Domestic Taxes and International Customs, Duties and Taxes
Shipping charges for orders delivered in Australia will include 10% GST. Shipping charges for orders delivered in New Zealand will NOT include GST. If applicable, import GST as well as any customs or duties fees will be payable to the shipping courier upon goods entering New Zealand as per FCA (Origin) INCOTERMS.
7. Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@golab.com.au.
8. Missing or Lost Package
All orders require a signature upon delivery to minimise the chance of a missing or lost package. In the unlikely event your package goes missing after delivery, please contact us at info@golab.com.au for support.
